Please note: A frame is not necessary as the canvas is stretched on a 1.5” thick, painted edge. However, please make sure to let me know if you would like it framed, I will use the 3⁄4” thick canvas to accommodate.

Email Your Photos and Portrait Size

If you're uncertain about which picture to use or the size of the painting, send me a number of photos. I will give my recommendations once I see them. Click below. At this time please let me know your expectations or if you have any questions. Once I review the photos, I will send a quick mock-up of what the painting will look like.

Approve Your Mock-Up

When the mock-up is approved, a down payment of 40% will be required. Please allow 4-6 weeks for me to complete your painting.

Approve the Final

I'll provide photos as the painting nears completion, so you can advise if any refinements are necessary.

Shipping

Once I get the thumbs up, I will ship your painting to you or arrange for local delivery. Shipping times within the US typically range from 3 to 5 business days.

Returns

I do not offer refunds for custom pet portraits. However, I strive for your complete satisfaction before finalizing your portrait. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to me within 14 days of delivery. Your happiness with your art purchase is my priority, and I am committed to addressing any questions or resolving any concerns you may have.

What do I need to provide for a custom portrait?

You'll need to provide a high-quality, clear photo of your pet. Photos with good lighting and detail allows me to capture your pet's personality and features accurately. If any questions or just can't decide email me multiple. I'm happy to help!

How long does it take to receive my portrait?

The time to complete a portrait varies by the complexity and holiday seasons. Typically, it takes 4-6 weeks from the time I receive your down payment and 3-4 days to ship your portrait.

Can I add a background?

Absoulutey! I typically paint the backgound a neutral color. But upon request one can be added. An additional charge will be added. See my gallery for samples.
