Use the button on the contact page to email me your photo/photos. (I require a high-quality, clear photo of your pet to ensure that I can accurately capture their unique features in the portrait. If you're uncertain about which picture to use, send me a multiple. I'm happy to help!)
Consider if you are framing your portrait. A frame is not necessary as the canvas is stretched on a 1.5” thick, painted edge. However, please make sure to let me know if you are framing your portrait, I will use the 3⁄4” thick canvas to accommodate.
When the mock-up is approved, a down payment of 40% will be required. Please allow 4-6 weeks once downpayment is received . Time may vary depending on complexity and holiday seasons.
I'll provide photos as the painting nears completion, so you can advise if any refinements are necessary.
Once I get the thumbs up, I will ship your painting to you or arrange for local delivery. Shipping times within the US typically range from 3 to 5 business days.
