You'll need to provide a high-quality, clear photo of your pet. Photos with good lighting and detail allow us to capture your pet's personality and features accurately.

How long does it take to receive my portrait?

The time to complete a portrait varies by the complexity and holiday seasons. Typically, it takes 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your down payment and 3-4 days to ship your portrait.
